I think brand managers are doing an amazing job with level ling up the overall respect we have been giving beauty care professionals for the past decades. People no longer look at them as simple helpers but professionals. One needed to get into some real training before getting the title "technician". I think they are no different from nurses and doctors now and I don't mean to say it as an insult to the healthcare industry. All I am saying is that they may have been really training and working hard just like other professionals.
