CHILDREN IN THE SARATOGA DAY SPA

Restriction for Children:

The Saratoga Day Spa's policy of no children under age 15 ensures a tranquil environment for all guests. This rule minimizes appointment disruptions, promoting a peaceful and relaxing client experience.
                                      
Our therapists have varied working hours and availability throughout the week, so you can schedule sessions at a time that works best for your childcare arrangements. We'll happily accommodate your needs if you need an appointment during the day, evenings, or weekends.

For the safety and well-being of all children receiving services under 16, we require that a parent or guardian stay with them and sign our client consult form. This policy ensures that we adequately accompany and supervise children. We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to this guideline, which is crucial for protecting and caring for your child.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES

Gift certificates can be bought at The Saratoga Day Spa in any amount or through each therapist over the phone. This convenient option allows flexibility in choosing the perfect gift for loved ones.

Are you in a rush? Are you out of town? We've got you covered. Please don't worry about gift certificates; we'll mail them hassle-free.


Gift Certificate Policy*
No Refunds or Reimbursements: We regret that we cannot process returns or reimburse payments for lost, misplaced, or stolen gift certificates.

Non-Redeemable as Cash: Just so you know, gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. These policies are in place to protect the integrity of our gift certificate program and ensure a fair and consistent experience for all our customers.
Receiving a Gift Certificate can be a delightful surprise, but there are essential steps to follow. It’s crucial to contact the person listed on the certificate for clarity. 

Remember, the therapist listed on your gift certificate is the expert who will pamper you with a rejuvenating service.  Book your appointment with the talented therapist specified on your gift certificate, and prepare for a day of pure relaxation and bliss!

You should be arriving early for your appointment. It allows time for any necessary paperwork or preparations. While we strive to accommodate late arrivals, punctuality ensures a smoother experience for everyone involved.

 Unfortunately, we understand life happens, and you may be late. To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, adjustments may be made to the length of service if needed. It's essential to be mindful of the time allocated to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments. Please be aware that the full price of the services will still apply, so it's advisable to plan your schedule accordingly. 

Booking/Reservations

Reservations:
To secure your desired appointments, you should schedule them well in advance. This approach helps ensure availability and avoids last-minute disappointments.

Credit Card for Booking: Requiring a credit card at the time of booking ensures your reservation is secure. This policy is standard in many industries to prevent no-shows and last-minute cancellations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policies and Fees:
Our spa's treatments are personalized, and we appreciate your business. Please follow our scheduling guidelines to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. If you need to make any changes, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Your cooperation helps us effectively accommodate all our clients.

To honor our commitment to you, any cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows will incur a full charge for the scheduled service.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
When visiting Saratoga Day Spa, we suggest leaving valuable items at home. The spa is not liable for lost or misplaced belongings, so leaving jewelry and valuables behind is best to avoid potential issues.

PET POLICY AT THE SARATOGA DAY SPA
Having a clear policy on animals inside The Saratoga Day Spa is essential for the comfort and safety of all guests. Allowing only documented service dogs ensures that those who rely on these animals for assistance can access the spa without any issues. While emotional support animals and pets are not permitted, this rule helps maintain a serene and hygienic environment within the spa premises. By adhering to these guidelines, the Saratoga Day Spa can provide a relaxing experience for all visitors.

If you bring a dog to your appointment, you will be asked to leave and will be charged the full fee for the service. This policy helps maintain a professional atmosphere and ensures the comfort and safety of all clients.
