Kelley Trembley, The Saratoga Day Spa founder, has created a unique healing environment that nurtures the “whole person.” From outside to in, clients of The Saratoga Day Spa have access to a unique, but complimentary blend of services that address their physical, emotional and spiritual needs – all under one roof. We ask that you read over our Day Spa policies to ensure you have the most fulfilling visit we can offer.
No children under 15 left unsupervised
We ask that no child under age 15 come to The Saratoga Day Spa with you to your appointment.
We need to maintain a serene environment and consider the other clients in the spa.
If you arrive at your appointment with your children your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled.
Our cancellation fee, which is the full charge of your appointment, will be charged.
There will be no exceptions made regarding children in the Day Spa.
Our therapists work a wide range of hours and days to ensure they have availability to schedule you when you have child care set up.
This is not only an insurance liability due to the various machines in our Spa but it is unfair to the rest of the therapists and clients who are at the Spa for relaxation.
We ask that if your child is receiving services and are under age 16 you stay with them and sign our client consult form for them.
PRICES AND SERVICES
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
Gift Certificate Policies
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at The Saratoga Day Spa, by phone via each therapist.
Out of town? Too busy? No problem. We will mail your gift certificate to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash.
Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment.
If you receive a Gift Certificate as a gift please call the phone number on the Gift Certificate. You will need to call the person who is listed on your Gift Certificate as they were payed for this service. A gift certificate from an Esthetician can not be used for a massage appointment etc.
Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions or gift certificates.
We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly. Of course beyond the check in policies we invite all our guest receiving services to make full use of our relaxing environment here at The Saratoga Day Spa.
Couples services and spa parties are more than welcome to bring wine and we will provide the glasses!

In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Details of our cancellation policy are provided below.
Although we offer planned spa packages for your convenience, you are welcome to combine any of our spa and salon services for a custom package that meets your needs. These can be viewed on our website and booked via Vagaro as well.
Cancellation Policies and Fees:
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice and/or clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking.
For parties of three or more, please contact our owner,Kelley Marsh, for group booking policies and availability (518-320-6239). All group bookings will need to be pre-paid.
A 20% gratuity will be added to all spa parties.
Exclusive use of the Spa is available; please inquire for fees and available dates.
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. A Signature Day spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
