The Saratoga Day Spa is so excited to introduce you to Felicia Roth, LMT.
Felicia will be starting at our Day Spa at 376 Broadway, on March 4th! She will be available Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays! She is also available for Couple's Massage on the days she is not at the Spa.
Felicia exudes a positive energy that you can feel the moment you meet her. She is very compassionate and understanding with her clients and their needs. 

A few words from Felicia herself:

My preferred styles of massage are Swedish, Prenatal, and Geriatric. I enjoy integrating meaningful energy work and muscle re-education into every massage routine through use of various techniques, ranging from Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, to Polarity. 
I am a graduate of the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, New York. I am constantly researching and experimenting with new methods of massage therapy, and am fascinated by every technique’s effect on specific systems of the human body.
I believe individuals of any age living with physical pain, anxiety, depression, or blocked or stagnant energy can benefit from Massage Therapy and energy work. My intention is to remain open-minded, positive, and professional, and to design sessions based on your individual needs.

The Saratoga Day Spa is owned by Kelley Marsh, who is both the owner and an Esthetician.  Kelley was raised in Saratoga Springs, and after living all over the world she decided to come back home to Saratoga Springs to raise her three children. Being an Esthetician is a second career for Kelley, and by far one she feels she was meant to do. She spent the first part of her career teaching and raising her children.

As an educator Kelley feels it is truly important that we teach our children from a young age the importance of self-care. This includes physical, emotional and spiritual care. The teen years are filled with ups and downs for most teens, due to the children's changing bodies. Our therapists are well educated and trained to address, educate, and care for teenage skin "issues" and conditions. We will always welcome the parents into the treatment room and help them to help their teen as well.

For Teens 13-17 and Youth 12 and Under
Teens are now getting into the spa scene and taking the initiative to begin taking care of themselves. 
Stress is a major concern for many teens with the demands of school, sports, relationships, and community involvement.
It is important to teach our teens to make an effort to live a balanced lifestyle and learn to take time to care for themselves both physically and emotionally. 

​Teen "clean" facial:
Our skin is our largest organ and plays an important role during the teen years, going through many transitions. We will explain the how, why, and what you can do to help your skin stay at it's healthiest. This is a time of hormonal changes, poor sleep schedules for many, and not always eating the "best" foods a teen could choose. All of these factors can and will effect the skin. We were all teens at one point and want them to ENJOY this time in their life! Our professionally trained Estheticians will be able to help with all of these concerns while keeping in mind they would like to maintain a normal teen life!
Teens, both males & females, should be introduced to facial treatments and proper skin care at an early age to set the stage for great skin care early on. Our  Estheticians will evaluate and treat the teenager’s sensitive and sometimes problematic skin to a customized facial which includes deep cleansing, exfoliation, mask and massage followed by the appropriate moisturizer and sunscreen. A series may be recommended for teens with acne or problematic skin to help them through this sensitive time in their life.

Teen "Saratoga Day Spa" Massage:
A massage that is customized to address the needs of the teen. This can be specific to athletic concerns or deeply relaxing to relieve stress.

Teen Back Facial:
What is a back facial?

This is an amazing treatment for those that are breaking out on their back, or have scarring on their back from break outs. Our Estheticians will evaluate your skin and use products that best fit your skin's needs.

Do you need to have ACNE to have a back facial? NO!!!!

This treatment is so relaxing and treats the skin most teens miss in the shower!

​What do we do during a back facial?
Back treatment that includes a double cleanse, exfoliation with an enzyme under either steam or hot towels, extractions if needed, a customized mask followed up with customized lotion. LED light can be added for acne clients for $20.

Teen Body Polish:
A full body exfoliation formulated with fruit enzymes, AHA's and walnut shells to buff your skin to perfection followed by ultra hydration with a high content of glycolic acid, antioxidants, and peptides to exfoliate and rejuvenate skin. Leaves skin fresh, soft, and radiant

Tarot Card and Tea Leaf Reading

This is a four card draw that you choose from using a variety of decks Michelle has been collecting for many years. She is connected to each deck but wishes you to choose from the deck of cards that most calls to you. Using her intuition she will not ask you what your questions are, but will lay out the cards and they will give her the answers. By the end of your reading you will have your questions answered by a method used for many years of reading cards in her family.

Tea Leaf Readings:
Mini-Party...up to four teens!
Tea leaf readings, also known as Tessegraphy, is another type of divination used by the Psychic to help you to receive answers. The art of Tea Leaf Reading has been taught in Michelle's family for many years. She is a Fourth Generation Tea Leaf Reader. You will also have the pleasure of using fine china that has been passed down from generation to generation. (Please note you must be able to drink a cup of tea).
