The Saratoga Day Spa On Site Acne Clinic​

 Kelley Trembley is a certified acne specialist through the Face Reality Skincare program. What does this mean? It means in addition to her Esthetics schooling and paramedical esthetic schooling she has continued her education to become a certified specialist focusing on treating acne.

She has worked with many acne sufferers and could not find a product line that provided both extensive education and professional grade products focused on the healing of acne. That is until she found the  Face Reality Skincare line.

Acne can be demoralizing, embarrassing, and take its toll emotionally/mentally/physically on those that suffer with it. 
Kelley wanted to find a way to truly treat acne. She wanted to educate herself on what causes acne, what influences acne, and what can control it. She realized with the proper treatment and home care she would be able to help all of those that have tried other acne treatments, medications, prescriptions, and antibiotics without success. 

This product line takes into account your lifestyle, skin type, Fitzpatrick type, personal activities, as well as your genetic disposition to acne.  Together we will use the proper tools to heal your skin through professional grade trusted ingredients, proper nutrition, and regular facial care.

​Kelley is the mother of three children and realizes working with young adults can be tricky. If a teen, or young adult, is faced with too many products, or steps, in a skincare regimen they will simply not do it. She fully appreciates and understands that. The Face Reality program is simple to use and Kelley will walk you or your teen through the process at the initial consultation. She will also be available by email, phone, or text to help you or your child with any questions that arise.

 Initial Consultation & Treatment

During your initial consultation and treatment we will:
  • Determine skin type, acne type and a skin sensitivity test will be done
  • Discuss lifestyle factors that can aggravate your acne (foods, cosmetics, stress, supplements, etc.)
  • We will take some preliminary pictures to track your progress; about once a month.
  • Based on your skin sensitivity, you will receive a specialized acne treatment that includes a combination of steam, hydrating enzymes, a mild corrective peel with detailed extractions, performed to facilitate the clearing of your pores.
  • You will be shown the proper and consistent use of your home-care products that are specific to your acne type.
  • Each treatment is customized to the meet the needs of the client.​
Face Reality Acne Facial

It takes approximately 6-8 treatments over a 3-4 month period to get mostly or completely clear.  Some clients have cleared in 90 days.

At each appointment your skin will be analyzed. Your facial treatment will focus on what the skin needs at the time. We will re-assess your home care regimen so that your skin does not over-adapt and stop responding. 

Homecare Products

Homecare products will be selected based on your current skin care needs. Kelley will analyze and treat your skin to figure what will be most effective with your homecare routine.

We will adjust your regimen to ensure their skin stays receptive to their acne-fighting products without causing irritation or dehydration.

Homecare Is pivotal when combating acne. 

**You can expect to pay between $150-$160  for your first set of products which will last approximately 2+ months depending on the regimen. Most clients, on average spend, on average, $40/month on products to maintain their routine.
Back and  Chest Facial Add-On

Acne Does not occur only on our face. Many people also have acne on their chest and/or back. A back or chest facial can be added to your facial to help clear your chest and back.
