FLAG Front-line association group

Hello to all of our clients near and far!

We are reaching out to all of you to ask for your help.
If you are not a local client there are FLAG organizations all over the country that may be helping the community you live in.

As many of you know we have two nurses at The Saratoga Day Spa.
 Mary Constantino, FNP-BC, has been working the front lines of this virus 🦠 at Saratoga Hospital ER, Malta Medical, and Wilton Medical Arts.
Rebecca Clarkin, MSNA-CRNA, is a Nurse Anesthetist at Nathan Littauer.

We love our two gals and are beyond thankful for the work they are doing during this time.


I am not one to be able to sit back and not help in some way. It just does not feel right.
I reached out to Nadine Burke, one of the women who started the Saratoga Chapter of FLAG.

Below is what she said...if you are at all able to help out let's do it!
Not only will we be keeping our local restaurants running but we can show all of these front-line workers we stand behind them and are willing to help in any way possible.

Hello! If sheltering in place and social distancing is getting to you, I want to invite YOU to help make a difference with those on the Front Line fighting the effects of COVID-19. To quote Mr. Rogers “When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, ‘Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping. ‘“

This brainchild comes from a group of Moms in Chatham and Madison, NJ who are making a huge difference in their town. (Check out https://www.flag2020.org/ )

A few local Saratoga women and I have created FLAG (Front Line Appreciation Group) Saratoga. The mission is simple, let's pull together to send meals to the front lines at Saratoga Hospital and give business to our local beloved restaurants.
